This Starter Kit consists of:

Semi-automatic equipment for producing açaí. The production process is known as "batch" or "mixed" because we add a certain amount of the mixture, wait for it to be blended and frozen, and then add a new mixture.
Ergonomics: has an ideal working height, inclined front and side handles, facilitating operation and movement; container holder with height for containers of up to 12 liters.
Thermal insulation of bearings: increases the useful life of the mechanical traction system.
Freezing cylinder: high precision, seamless and with rounded corners.
Lightweight and robust: features casters for easy movement. Monoblock structure.
Safety and Hygiene: system that turns off the machine when opening the lid; tilting front lid makes disassembly and cleaning easier.
